Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

Lotties provides sales process diagnostics, advisory, and related consulting services to businesses. Our services are delivered primarily remotely unless otherwise agreed.

2. Services

All services provided by Lotties are advisory in nature.
We provide analysis, recommendations, and insights based on the information available at the time of engagement.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to revenue growth, conversion rates, or business performance.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Engage in good faith throughout the process

  • Implement recommendations at their own discretion

Lotties is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees will be agreed in advance in writing.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment terms are 30 days from invoice

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery of Services

Services are delivered primarily remotely via video call, email, and digital collaboration tools.

Where in-person services are agreed:

  • Additional costs (e.g. travel) may apply

  • These will be agreed in advance

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided by Lotties remain the intellectual property of Lotties unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Clients may use deliverables internally but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the engagement.

This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Lotties shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services provided.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.

Any work completed up to the termination date will be chargeable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

Lotties reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
